  (a) our deeds with perpetual easement rights described in the covenants for the three McIntosh subdivisions,
  (b) the LLPOA's 1957 charter which limits membership eligibility to property owners in the Loch Lomond community established by the McIntosh company with its three Loch Lomond subdivisions, and
  (c) the LLPOA's 1961 deed by which the LLPOA agreed to accept the lake subject to our easement rights and an agreement to not allow persons to use the lake other than the owners and occupants of the lots in the three subdivisions created by the McIntosh company.
